|Lemon Juice||–||1 tbsp|
In a bowl add water, ginger and orange peel from one orange and bring to a boil. Turn the flame off and let the liquid rest.
Strain and transfer it to a jar. Press the juice from the orange and add to the jar. Add honey and lemon juice and stir until honey is dissolved. Chill the ginger punch overnight and serve.
