Veggie Bread Rolls

Brown bread 4 nos
Potato (boiled) 1 no
Carrot 1/2, finely chopped
Onions 1, finely chopped
Corns (boiled) 1/2 cup
Peas (boiled) 1/2 cup
Salt as per taste
Red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp
Garam masala 1/2 tbsp
Green chilli 1 no
Mash the potato. Add green chilli and all the boiled & chopped vegetables. Add minimal spices, garam masala and salt. Make a good stuffing of it.

Soak a bread slice in very little water or just sprinkle some drops of water to moist the bread slice. Flatten the moist slice and put the healthy stuffing on it. Close this into a roll.

Make sure to structure the roll properly so that it does not break while frying.
