Tropical Granola Parfait

Toasted Almond Granola 3/4 cup
Greek Yogurt 1/4 cup
Blueberries {or black grapes} 12-15
Orange 1/2, segments
Kiwi 1 no, diced
Strawberries 5-6, sliced
Ripe Mango 1/2, diced
Honey 1 tbsp
Fresh Mint for garnishing
Take a tall glass. Add 1/2 cup granola to create layer 1. For layer 2, add Greek Yogurt. Reserve 1 tbsp for topping. For further layers, add Blueberries, Orange segments, Kiwi, Strawberries, Mango one after another. For the last layer, add 1/4 cup granola again.

Finish off the recipe with 1 tbsp of Greek yogurt drizzled with 1 tbsp of honey.

Garnish it with a halved Strawberry, Mango and sprig of Fresh Mint.
