Tawa Paneer Tikka with Green Marinade

Paneer Cubes  250 gms
Salt as per taste
Olive Oil for sautéing
For Green Marinade
Coriander leaves 1 cup (packed)
Dill leaves (optional) 1/2 cup (packed)
Mint leaves 1/2 cup (packed)
Spinach blanched 1/4 cup (packed) 
Onion (small) 1/4
Green chilly 1 no
Ginger  1 tbsp, chopped
Garlic  1 tbsp, chopped
Cashew nuts (optional) 6-8 nos
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Olive Oil 2 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Gram flour (besan) Roasted 1 tbsp
For Veggies 
Onion chunks handful
Assorted peppers diced handful
Sprinkle salt on the paneer cubes and mix it. Keep it aside. To make the green marinade place all the ingredients for the marinade in the jar and puree the ingredients to a fine paste.

Remove & pour out the marinade over the paneer. To the same marinade add onions & peppers. Keep in the marinade for at least 20mins in the fridge. Heat a pan and drizzle oil. Cook the paneer & veggies on a medium hot pan.

Turn and cook on all sides. Remove and serve hot.
