Tomato (medium) 4 nos
Red Bell pepper (small) 1/2 no
Basil 2 sprigs
Jaggery 2 tsp
Garlic clove 1/2 no
Pepper a generous pinch
Salt as per taste
Chilli sauce few dashes 

Cut tomato into quarters and roughly chop the bell pepper. Place the tomatoes, bell pepper, basil, garlic, jaggery, salt and pepper in the jar, and make a fine puree. Remove into shot glasses and add a dash of chilli sauce.

Garnish with basil leaves and chill them in the fridge before serving.
