Spiced Sattu Paratha

Atta 2 cups
Oats ½ cup
Water as required
Salt to taste
For filling    
Sattu (Channa) ½ cup
Onion 3 tbsp, chopped
Green chilli ½ no, chopped
Coriander chopped 1 tbsp
Mustard oil 2 tbsp
Ajwain ¼ tsp
Kalonji ¼ tsp
Ghee 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Make stiff dough with atta, oats, water and salt. Give it rest for 10 minutes and divide into balls. Give rest for 10 more minutes.

Now for the stuffing mix all of the ingredients except ghee and stuff in the dough. Roll out flat and cook on all sides with ghee and serve hot with pickle or chutney.
