Spiced Lentil Sprout Salad

Moong dal sprouted 1 cup 
Carrot julienne  1 cup
Cucumber julienne 1 cup
Beetroot julienne 1 cup
Green chilli 1 no, chopped  
Coriander 2 tbsp, chopped
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Chaat masala  2 tsp
Salt as per taste
For the tempering
Oil 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds ¼ tsp
Coconut ¼ cup, grated
Curry leaves a sprig 
Place the washed moong dal sprouts in a bowl. To this add the rest of the ingredients and mix together. For tempering heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Saute till they crackle, add curry leaves and saute. Add grated coconut and cook until slightly brown. Pour over salad and mix. Toss and serve cold.
