Boil the overnight soaked Chana into a coarse mixture.
Take out the mixture into a bowl, add finely chopped onions, ginger, garlic, finely chopped green chillies, finely grinded oats. Mix everything well.
Add all the spices in the mixture. Mix them together.
Take a palm sized mixture and try shaping it into a patty. If the mixture doesn’t hold the shape, then add chana water to it as per the requirement. Mix well and make patties of the mixture.
Take oil in a pan. Shallow fry the kebabs in it from both the sides, until a good golden brown colour.
Serve the kebabs with mint chutney and ring onions, for it to taste best. |
