Chickpeas 1/2 cup
Chilled Milk 1 glass
Sugar 1 tbsp
Take half a cup of chickpeas roast them for 15-20 mins. Let it cool for 10 mins.

Grind the chickpeas.

Take 1 glass of milk. Add 1 tbsp of chickpeas powder and sugar. Blend it!
