Masala Crepes Loaded with Fresh Veggies

Wheat flour 1 cup
Onion 1 medium, chopped
Tomato 1 small, chopped
Garlic 2 cloves, minced
Carrot ½ , grated
Capsicum 1 no, chopped
Coriander ¼ cup, chopped
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Cheese ¼ cup, grated
Milk 250-300 ml
Salt to taste
In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix well until a smooth batter is formed. Make sure the batter is not runny nor very thick.

In a non-stick tawa or pan add a tsp of ghee and pour the batter. Spread it evenly across the pan taking the shape of the tawa.

Cook for about a minute and a half on both sides. Serve with chutney or pickles.
