Mango Oats Smoothie

Oats (quick-cooking) 1/2 cup
Milk 3 cups
Mango 1/2 cup, chopped
Chia seeds 1 tsp
Honey 1 tsp
Soak oats in milk. Leave it overnight in the fridge to soften.

Next day, blend soaked oats, milk, and mango pulp into a smooth consistency.

Smoothie is ready. Sprinkle Chia seeds, Honey and enjoy!
