|Ripe Mango||–||1/2 big, chopped|
|Homemade Yoghurt (low fat)||–||1 cup|
|Chia seeds||–||1 1/2 tsp|
|Ice cubes||–||3-4, crushed|
|Water||–||1 1/2 tsp|
|Soak chia seeds for 5 mins in water to form a jelly.
Add yoghurt, mangoes, honey and crushed ice. Blend them well.
Take a glass and add half of those chia seeds in the glass. Pour mango lassi over it. Add chia seeds and some chopped mangoes again.
