|Ginger garlic paste||–||1 tsp|
|Cooking oil||–||4 tbsp|
|Salt||–||as per taste|
|Water||–||1 1/2 cup|
|Add oats, curd and 1/2 cup of water in a bowl. Let it soak for 10 minutes.
Add chopped vegetables, ginger-garlic paste and all the spices in the mixture. Add salt and pepper. Mix it well.
Heat a pan, add 1 tsp cooking oil and allow it to heat. Add 1 ladle of mixture/batter in the pan and spread it. Add 1 tsp of oil on edges and cook it, till it turns golden brown from both the sides.
Take it out and repeat the process to make Cheela from remaining mixture/batter.
Serve with fresh green chutney.
