Healthy Oats Cheela

Oats 1 cup
Curd 1/3 cup
Green Chilli 1, chopped
Onion 1/4 cup, chopped
Tomato 1/4 cup, chopped
Carrot 1/4 cup, chopped
Capsicum 1/4 cup, chopped
Coriander leaves 1 tbsp, chopped
Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder 1/4 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Cooking oil 4 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Water 1 1/2 cup
Add oats, curd and 1/2 cup of water in a bowl. Let it soak for 10 minutes.

Add chopped vegetables, ginger-garlic paste and all the spices in the mixture. Add salt and pepper. Mix it well.

Heat a pan, add 1 tsp cooking oil and allow it to heat. Add 1 ladle of mixture/batter in the pan and spread it. Add 1 tsp of oil on edges and cook it, till it turns golden brown from both the sides.

Take it out and repeat the process to make Cheela from remaining mixture/batter.

Serve with fresh green chutney.
