Green Grapes and Melon Rasam

Watermelon 4 cups (roughly cut)
Green grapes 1 cup
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Mint 4-5 leaves
Fennel Seeds ½ tsp, roasted
Cumin Seeds ½ tsp, roasted
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Oil 1 tbsp
Mustard Seeds ½ tsp
Dry red chilli 2 no
Asafoetida ¼ tsp
Curry leaves handful
In a pan heat oil and add asafoetida, dry red chillies and mustard seeds. Once they splatter add curry leaves. Remove from heat and add it to watermelon juice.

To this add grapes and lemon juice along with salt, pepper, mint leaves, fennel seeds and cumin.
Using a stick blender blend the entire rasam. Chill it in a fridge and serve it cold.
