In 1 cup of cold milk mix the custard powder. Boil the other cup of milk with cookies and jaggery.
Stir so that the cookies completely dissolve. Remove from heat and add the milk with custard powder.
Keep stirring for a minute and take it back to heat. Gently cook it till it thickens but has a pouring consistency.
Remove and add peanut butter and mix well. Cool it completely and then add fruit to it. Serve it cold garnished with nuts and mint leaves. |
