Cumin Seeds 1/2 tbsp
Mustard Seeds 1/2 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tbsp
Dry Mango Powder 1/2 tbsp
Sambhar Masala 1 tbsp
Curry Leaves few
Oil 3 tbsp
Salt as per taste
In a pan, pour oil. When the oil starts to heat, add the cumin seeds and mustard seeds. As they start to pop, add the curry leaves to it.

Stir them and add the idlis (sliced according to your choice of shape). Toss them well.

After tossing the idlis, add the sambhar powder, red chilli powder and salt. Toss the idlis again and let them cook for 2 minutes.

Turn off the flame and top it with dry mango powder. Your fried Idlis are ready!
