Dry grind the muesli into powder.
In 250ml of milk add seedless dates and grind them into a puree. Heat the remaining milk and bring it to a boil.
Add powdered muesli and dates puree. Sprinkle with nutmeg & cardamom powder. Cook till it thickens, remove it to individual cups for serving.
Refrigerate and serve it chilled garnished with assorted nuts. As a variation you can also serve it hot. |
