Chickpeas 1 cup
Boiled Ginger ½ inch, chopped
Garlic 4 cloves, chopped
Onion 1 medium, chopped
Parsley or Coriander ½ cup, chopped
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Toasted bread crumbs ¼ cup
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Oil for brushing    

In a blender add all the ingredients and blitz them coarsely. Make sure you don’t turn it into a paste.

Make equal size patties of falafel like that of aloo tikki and brush it with oil, then bake it at 180 C in an oven for 10 – 15 minutes.
