Cooling Kokum Sherbet Cooling Kokum Sherbet 25 mins 2 Pomegranate Juice – 1 cup Coconut Green – 1 no Kokum – 5-6 no Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp, roasted and crushed Lemon Juice – 1 tsp Chaat Masala – ΒΌ tsp Salt – to taste Jaggery – 1 tsp, powdered Ice Cubes – few Soak kokum for 2-3 hrs and boil. Let it cool. Add coconut water in a jar. Add pomegranate juice, chaat masala, jaggery, salt and roasted cumin powder. Add ice cubes and mix well. Now pour in a glass and garnish with coconut malai.
