Cooling Kokum Sherbet

Pomegranate Juice 1 cup
Coconut Green 1 no
Kokum 5-6 no
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp, roasted and crushed
Lemon Juice 1 tsp
Chaat Masala ΒΌ tsp
Salt to taste
Jaggery 1 tsp, powdered
Ice Cubes few
Soak kokum for 2-3 hrs and boil. Let it cool. Add coconut water in a jar. Add pomegranate juice, chaat masala, jaggery, salt and roasted cumin powder. Add ice cubes and mix well. Now pour in a glass and garnish with coconut malai.
