Cold Cucumber Soup with Mint

Sour Cream (or Hung Curd) ½ cup
Cucumber 2 no, peeled and deseeded
Mint leaves 5-6 no
Buttermilk ½ cup
In a blender, add cucumber and mint with buttermilk and salt (to taste) to make a smooth puree.

Add puree to sour cream or hung curd in a stream, whisking. Garnish and serve.
