|Break the coconut and take out the water in a jar or any container.
Cut the coconut from between and scrape out the malai from the coconut. Chop the malai finely using a knife.
In the coconut water add the malai, jaggery or honey, lemon juice and mint leaves and mix well
In 2 tall glasses add a few ice cubes and pour the coconut water. Top up with chilled soda water. Serve chilled.
