|Potato||–||½ cup, boiled and cut into cubes|
|Carrot||–||½ no, blanched and cut in the size of potato|
|For the dressing|
|Olive Oil||–||1 tbsp|
|Lemon Juice||–||1 tbsp|
|Cumin Seeds||–||½ tsp, roasted and crushed|
|Salt||–||as per taste|
|Pepper||–||as per taste|
|In a blender, blend oil, lemon juice, roasted cumin powder, salt and pepper.
Mix all the ingredients of the salad and drizzle with the dressing. Mix well and serve.
