Puffed Rice 1 cup, roasted
Sprouts 1/2 cup
Onions 1/2 cup
Boiled potatoes 1/2 cup
Tomatoes 1/2 cup
Roasted Peanuts 1/4 cup
Chutneys 2 tbsp
Black salt as per taste
Pomegranates 1/2 cup
Pumkin seeds 1/4 cup
Coriander 1/4 cup
Lemon juice 4 tsp
If your puffed rice is not crisp then dry roast them in a pan until crisp. Add some turmeric and chilli powder. Cool it completely.

Add boiled sprouts, along with boiled potatoes, onions, tomatoes, pomegranates, and roasted peanuts. Mix them well.

Add tamarind chutney, green chutney, black salt, and lemon juice. Do not add a lot of chutney at one time. Add it little by little as needed to prevent the bhel from turning mushy.

Gently mix well to coat the puffed rice with chutney. Taste this and add in more chutney & salt as needed.

You can add sev and papdi. For sweet flavour and crunchiness, add pomegranate, pumpkin seeds and peanuts.

Garnish it with coriander and more pumpkin seeds. Serve immediately.
